I just installed vmware player and a current version of ubuntu Intrepid Ibex 8.10b I didn’t want to do a dual boot on my new laptop seeing that if i ever needed to run some things in linux this would be the best method.

I was installing ruby, and was going to try out ruby on rails and see what all the hype was.
the whole installation was pretty easy to do, and you can test out different versions of linux through the vmware player.
Next thing is I need to go and look for a MACOSX version available to play with.
I just finished up a Facebook application called “corner of darkness” it involves killing advertisements. come and visit it, and kill some ads. its going to have a point system, and you willget pixel points, and with those you will be able to buy raffle points for gifts and things like the sort. have fun!
