So it was pretty hot today, almost 100 degrees here in some place where i live. So the wife and i decided to go and drive around and do some errands, visit some places to keep from overheating in the apt.

we stopped by one of the japanese markets near by, and this image really cracked me up.

basically it says Gorillas boogers. and its a sweet black bean candy. since the consistancy is wrinkled and black it kinda looks like boogers.

I was at pinkberry the other day, and saw this strangeness, I think its for toothpicks, but it was just too weird to not take a picture of.

when i isited my folks last week my mom and dad.
My dad has a shirt i got for my bro, but its too small for him, so my dad wears it. pretty awesome.

And yes this is actually me. circa 1997. 30 lbs less. so if I lose 30 lbs, and grow my hair out, i will look like that again…. fat chance. oh well.
and yes that is a black belt, me pops is a tae kwon do grandmaster. me? well shucks I dabble a little.

I ran across this clip of people in japan trying to ride the train. My wife told me it was during a rush hour time period. I can only imagine i one person farts or has not taken a shower. Geez what an aroma. Also i can only imagine what it would be like during the peak of summer.

it must be crazy hot. and with all those people sardined in together. it must be difficult for people to say i got to get off at this stop!!!! wait im stuck back here!!!!

if people tend to work long hours or go out for a long night of drinking, this is something that is very common. People falling asleep on the train.

you kind of feel bad for the lady.
or if you are just into riding the train at non-express times, you can always escape to the country on a long and memorizing train ride.

quite the amazing.

I went to four vines winery last year and i did one of their wine tastings. $10 for 5 different varietals. it was pretty nice. they also give you the tasting glass at the end. here is the glass. I have more. I will put them up. I can say on through my trip through Paso Robles, I liked this house the most.

but i can also say i love Cambria. that was awesome. i tried one of their clones. clone 23. and all i can say is wow.

here is a take off from LAS international to LAX international. Pretty cool

I was in Las Vegas, and my wife and I went over to the Las Vegas Outlets. the one thats outside of the strip area. and all the hub bub, in side we saw one of the most interesting things. Well interesting to me at least. I saw a Dunkin Donuts stand. Now I have only heard that this place had the best donuts and coffee. better than starbucks.

I saw it and I was like whoa. this is way cool. I now can say I have tried a Dunkin Donuts coffee. Overall the Donuts were good. We tried the 2 donuts and coffee combination, or a #1. I paid around $3.50, a typical price for a venti caffe latte at a Starbucks coffee house. The donuts were pretty nice. i had a french crueler, and my wife had the old fashioned. I can say the donuts were pretty good. the coffee was nice. it was smooth, but it didn’t have the kick I like. I can say Starbucks. you don’t have to worry, i will still get coffee from you. since you do have the most caffeine percentage per cup.

The coffee at Dunkin donuts was better than the 7-11 coffee and MacDonald’s I would go again just for the coffee. They also had some of the most interesting lids for their coffee. it was like a commuter mug. with a little stopper for the hole so coffee doesn’t spill-out. Thats Classy. Hey Starbucks wheres your cool lid. The one where when it gets slightly tipped you don’t burn your hand.

But since there are no dunkin donuts in California yet i think. I will continue to go to Starbucks. and get their coffee.
